Über die Pflanze
Langsamwachsender Baum mit Wuchshöhen von 15–25 Metern, kräftigem Stamm und ausladender Krone. Die Borke ist dick, rauh, netzrissig und korkig, meist grau bis schwärzlich oder rötlich.
